TERMS OF SERVICE AND DISCLAIMERS

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASONABLE CAUSE  AT ANY TIME. 

• IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC, YOU ARE responsible to disclaim your conditions to our salon and your licensed technician to prevent any risks of infections. NO CUTICLE TRIMMING will be provided. We ARE NOT and WILL NOT be held accountable for any infections that may arise from your service due to our sanitary protocols and infection prevention protocols. Once you sign a waiver, we will not be held accountable in the court of law and any lawsuits . 
• Please respect your licensed technicians. Any problem that may arise during your service will be solved by our management team. 
• Anyone with open or infected wounds in the area that will receive service.
• Anyone with a nail condition or in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or fear could be further harmed by our services. 

SANITARY

• One of our priorities is to keep you safe and free from infections. Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.

PRICES AND SERVICE

• For Gel polish services, a 7-day warranty is included counting from the day of service. 
• No warranty for regular polish service, even if it is the next day. 
• Clients are responsible for guiding the technician throughout the service letting them know anything that needs to be fixed. Once the technician top coat the nails, anything that needs to be fixed will be a surcharge. 
• If the clients are not satisfied with the service, the management team will help resolve the problem. Once the clients paid, that means they cannot dispute the transaction due to labor work, time, and supplies.
• All licensed technicians are independent contractors. V Nail Lounge is not responsible for your pricing charges on your services. 
• Prices are subject to change and our menu prices are only for baseline. 
• Salon service pricing is updated and available on our website. 
• All services are non-refundable. 
• We DO NOT issue refunds for gift cards.
• Kids discount age is 8 years old and younger
• We do not offer warranty for kids services

FACILITY

• Please attend to your children. This facility is not child proof. 
• Any damage to our products, tools, or operating machines caused by your children will be your responsibility. 
• We are not responsible for any injuries should it happen when your child is unattended to. 
• DRINKS AND BEVERAGES
• Guests must show proof of age before ordering alcoholic beverages.
• You are responsible for your own limit of consumption and safety once you leave our facility.
